All weekend reservations require a two night minimum stay. Holiday weekends require a three night minimum stay.
Halloween weekends are considered to be holiday weekends, and are subject to the holiday deposits and cancellation policy.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: Refunds require at least 7 days advance notice. Less than 7 days: Future Stay Credit may be issued at management's discretion, minus a $10 fee. Less than 48 hours or no show: No refunds or credits issued. Holiday Weekends: No refunds or credits will be issued within 14 days or less of arrival.
No refunds will be given due to weather conditions or early departures.
