Monthly Rates
No one may live in the campground, use it as a residence, or attend school from the campground.  

Rates are based on 4 weeks/28 days 
between $960.00-$1230.00  plus metered electric

Please note:  We do have a waiting list for long term sites. 

As of 2023, you will need to add yourself to the waiting list each year.  It is no longer a rolling list.

Sorry, no coupons or discounts can be used on holiday (including Halloween) weekends.

All weekend reservations require a two night minimum stay. Holiday weekends require a three night minimum stay. Halloween weekends are considered to be holiday weekends, and are subject to the holiday deposits and cancellation policy.

All Specials include two nights per week in the rate. Additional days are subject to daily rate charge and must be approved by the office. (Ex. Sunday of Columbus Day is not included in Fall specials rate)

Cancellation and Refund Policies

 Refunds require at least 7 days advance notice.
Less than 7 days: Credit may be issued at management's discretion, minus a $10 fee.
Less than 48 hours or no show: No refunds or credits issued.

Holiday Weekends, including Halloween theme weekends:
No refunds or credits will be issued within 14 days or less of arrival.

No refunds will be given due to weather conditions or early departures.
