Campground Rules
We would like to take the opportunity to welcome you to Timberland Lake Campground and thank you for your patronage. Please do your part to have a safe visit. Rules and regulations governing the campground are outlined within and should be strictly adhered to. Any infractions of these rules may result in the eviction of the perpetrators from the park without a refund. Please understand that under no circumstances is management responsible for personal injury to any individual or responsible for damage to any personal property.
Campground Policies
These rules are not meant to impose hardship, but rather to protect our campers and conform to state and local laws. This is privately owned property and we reserve the right to select our clientele and visitors.
General Rules
All trash must be taken to dumpsters at front gate. No bulk items!
1. Alcohol and beer permitted on your site only. Cans and bottles must be covered. Positively no heavy drinking or indecent language, no driving while intoxicated. Drunk driving laws are in effect on private property.
2.Pets must be leashed and kept on your site. No walking within any white fenced area, no retractable leashes. Clean up after your pets. Campers must have a copy of registration and shot records.
3. No cutting of firewood, injuring or removing of any trees, bushes, or plants, whether dead or alive.
4. Quiet time is 11pm-8am.
5. Outside speakers are not allowed. Radios must not disturb neighboring campers at any time.
6. No one is to enter any site unless invited. No one may enter any storage area.
7. Campers are responsible for having visitors register and pay fees at the campstore. Anyone that is not registered will be charged double.
8. All children must be on their campsite by 11pm unless accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
9. No minors under the age of 21 years are to be left on the campground with a responsible adult in charge.
10. If a check is returned to us, there will be a $40 return fee.
11. No unlicensed, unregistered or uninsured vehicles are allowed on the campground.
12. No hunting or trapping of any animals.
13. Vehicles parked on sites may not protrude into roadway. Cars that cannot fit on campsite must be parked in parking lot. All vehicles must have a car pass that is visible from roadway.
14. Campers are responsible for the actions and safety of their children, and for damages caused by them and/or their guests.
15. Anyone caught stealing anything on the campground will be asked to leave and with no refund. This includes sites that you "believe" to be empty.
16. Anyone caught defacing any property on the campground will be asked to leave with no refund.
17. Registered motorcycles driven by licensed drivers may be ridden to and from sites only. No pleasure driving around the campground. Mini bikes, ATVs, UTVs or any other gas powered transportation are not to be driven or started on the campground. Electric golf carts must be registered with the campground and insured, driven by licensed drivers may be used from 8am-11:15pm only. Riders may not exceed maximum seat capacity. Lights required after dark.
18. We do not allow charging of Electric Vehicles on our property. Wawa is approximately 4 miles away and has charging stations, as does Six Flags.
Safety Rules
1. Drive slowly and be careful. Speed limit of 5mph.
2. Small children on beach or at spillway must be accompanied by an adult.
3. No pets or people in the lake.
4. No lifeguard on duty. An adult over 21 years old must accompany children under 16 to the pool. Everyone must wear a swimsuit, no street clothes except plain white t-shirts allowed. No diapers, swim diapers only
5. While boating, everyone must wear a life jacket, including adults. No boating after dark. Boats must be signed out.
6. Bikes, scooters, skateboards, roller skates and rollerblades are not allowed in the white fence areas or playgrounds. No riding after dark. Helmets are required as per state law. Bikes must be parked in bike racks when not on campsite or riding.
